How To Consolidate Your Return Items

Yes, you may pack all your items from different orders in 1 parcel and have it returned together.

• Ensure to submit a return request for all the items you wish to return.

• Pack the items back in their original packaging and condition. Items should have their corresponding barcode label and tags intact.

• Pack all items back into our reusable ZALORA flyer bag. You must return the item with the original packaging when you received the parcel.

• Only one return label is needed per parcel. Once packed, ensure to paste the return label onto your parcel as normal and proceed to drop off or have your return parcel picked up.

If you are returning any Seller items, you must include the Seller invoice or write down the corresponding order number on a piece of paper and insert it into the parcel.

Please take note of any package weight and dimension restrictions imposed by the Logistic partner or return method. If exceeded, kindly separate your returns and ensure each package has a different tracking number/QR code. If you opt to return via a locker, please ensure only include one package per locker.

For return pickup service, kindly pack all items in 1 return parcel only as the rider will only collect 1 package per pickup submitted.
