Yes, you can! You will only be refunded back to your Alipay HK, as outlined below, based on your chosen Alipay HK payment method. Be sure that the item you purchased is returnable/exchangeable and adheres to our return policy as outlined here.

1. Log in to your ZALORA account. Hover over the "My Account" icon and click "My Store Credit"

2. Remove your card. Scroll down to the "Your Cards" section.

3. Click the trash icon next to the card you wish to delete.

Step 1:  Once you have selected your desired item, be sure to select your prefer size (if applicable), before adding it to your bag, and proceeding to checkout.

Step 2: Select your delivery address, then proceed to select Alipay HK as your payment method, and click "Place Orde". You will be required to login for the first time when you use Alipay HK. Proceed to login your Alipay account.

Step 3: The summary of your total payment will be shown before you choose "Pay Now".

Step 4: You will be required to key in your 6 digit password every time when you purchase via Alipay HK. After keying in your 6 digit password, you will be directed to be summary of your amount paid.

Step 5: Once your payment is approved, you may continue to go back to ZALORA page by clicking "continue".
