1. Early Access to Sales

• ZALORA VIP subscribers from time to time will receive early access to selected online mega events run by ZALORA.

• ZALORA VIP subscribers will receive this early access via our newsletters a day or two before the mega event's public launch.

• Keep your eyes peeled for our newsletters regarding these events.

2. Cashback Reward

• ZALORA VIP Subscribers will earn up to 3% cashback of their final order value (excluding shipping fees and taxes) on all orders.

• Cashback will be valid for 60 days upon order confirmation or after the free return period (whichever comes first).

• Cashback can only be used up to 10% of your cart value after any offers, discounts, or promotional pricing (including but not limited to voucher codes). All other terms and conditions in relation to cashback located here shall similarly apply.

How to stop ZALORA VIP auto-renewal?

1. Hover on the person icon and click "My Accounts".

2. Go to "My Memberships" and uncheck the auto-renewal box.
