Luxury products displayed on ZALORA are either fulfilled by ZALORA or Seller. Let us guide you on how you can differentiate between these two parties.

Sold by ZALORA:

Products Sold by ZALORA are those that are stored in the ZALORA warehouse. Therefore, storage, packaging, and delivery processes are fully handled by ZALORA ourselves, based on our standard operational procedure.

ZALORA will be stated next to the store icon on the item’s page.

Sold by Seller:

Third-party Sellers are independent retailers, boutiques, and brands selected for their quality and style. They are featured on the ZALORA platform but manage storage and packing of items themselves, and the courier will pick up the parcel directly from Sellers.

Some sellers from overseas may take a slightly longer delivery lead time. Hence, you are advised to view the delivery times stated at the product page or at checkout.

The Seller’s name will be provided next to the store icon and items are considered “Sold by Seller” if the name indicated is not "ZALORA”. Instead, it is replaced by the Seller's name.
