Firstly, you may go to your app under My account > My Orders > select your order number, under order price details, you may click on ‘Download ZALORA Invoice’.

In our initiative to be more environmentally friendly, we are sending the ZALORA sales invoice electronically!

Kindly note, for sold by ZALORA items, no invoice is included in your package and needed for returns. You may simply pack your items and have it for returns accordingly.
For items sold by either ZALORA or ZALORA external suppliers, you may download a copy of your ZALORA sales invoice here: My account > My Orders > select your order number, under order price details, you may click on 'Download ZALORA invoice'.
Unfortunately, we do not provide invoices sold by Sellers. Please do reach out to our Customer Service team if you would like a copy of your Seller invoice.
