You are eligible to register for a PayMe account if you:
Have a valid Hong Kong identity card; and
Have a valid Visa/Mastercard/HSBC UnionPay credit card* or local HKD bank account.
* A Visa or Mastercard single currency Hong Kong dollar personal credit card issued by a licensed bank incorporated in Hong Kong. Corporate, business and private label cards are not eligible for usage with PayMe.
At checkout, you can choose PayMe as your preferred payment method and you will be directed to the PayMe payment page to complete your transaction.
Yes, you can! You will only be refunded back to your PayMe HK, based on your chosen payment method. Be sure that the item you purchased is returnable/exchangeable and adheres to our return policy as outlined here.
If you opted for a refund, your paid amount will only be refunded back to your PayMe account based on the payment method that you selected.
Once your item has been processed by ZALORA, do expect 1-2 working days for ZALORA to process the refund back to PayMe. From there, kindly allow another 1-2 working days for your refund to be reflected in your PayMe account.
