At checkout, select X Pay as your payment method. Your payment will be automatically split into up to 3 equal installments, payable on the purchase date, 30 days later, and 60 days later, with 0% interest.

The minimum transaction amount is HKD 30. There is no upper limit for X Pay transactions, which are paid via credit card on the same day, subject to your credit card’s limit. If the transaction amount, when split into three installments, exceeds your approved “Buy Now Pay Later” limit, the remaining balance will be paid with the first installment.

Yes, you can - be sure that the item you purchase is returnable/exchangeable.

After your return has been received and successfully processed, kindly expect 7-14 working days for your refund to be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund amount will be credited to the designated payment option that has been opted on X Pay. If you purchase three products and want to return one of them, you will be refunded for the returned item, and the monthly payment plan will still continue until the end of the tenure.
