Luxury Packaging

ZALORA or Sellers will ensure that Luxury products sold on the platform are well packed and protected during the shipment.

If the item is fulfilled by ZALORA, we assure that any original packaging received from our supplier will be included. However, we’d like to highlight that brand paper bags will not be provided and some products may not come in its own dust bag. Hence, every luxury product will be packed in our ZALORA dust bag and ZALORA premium box.

For luxury items that are fulfilled by Seller, they will be packed accordingly by the Seller. Usage of the brand's dust bag is subject to the Seller or product, but no paper bags will be included in the packaging. However, rest assured as we will ensure that our Sellers provide necessary packaging to deliver the full experience of purchasing luxury items!
